OVERLIMIT POLICY AUTHORIZATION
The Issuing Agency Contract defines the maximum liability amount a policy may be issued for without prior written approval of the underwriter. This limit and the approval process are for the protection of the agent. Please obtain verbal authority from an underwriting attorney to issue the commitment, then complete the Overlimit Policy Authorization Request (please print or type). The form and a copy of the commitment can be emailed or can be sent to the special Title Services fax number, to the attention of the underwriting attorney.
